Terms of Service

General usage

Under all circumstances, please do not remove or edit out my signature on the commission.For commercial purposes: There will be an additional charge of 50% to 100% of the original price, depending on the type of merchandise requested and its use, in which you and I will have shared rights to the commissioned work. To have the work's copyright fully transferred to you, there will be an additional charge of 300%.Any works, regardless of its stage of progress (sketches, work-in-progress pictures, etc), must not be minted or turned into NFTs and must not be inputted into an LLMS (large language model) and generative AI toold without exception There will be consequences for this action.I have the right to refuse a commission. If this occurs during production, I will fully refund what you have paid.Feel free to post your commission on social media and/or use it as a banner, icon, etc with proper credit! (ie: tagging @pawseds on Instagram and/or Twitter, linking to my profile on your post, etc.)Unless requested by the commissioner, I will be able to post your commission and use it as an example, which will always include a commission watermark. If you would not like me to post your commission, please inform me as early as possible!Prices may vary depending if your commission calls for many complex details.

Payments and Refunds

Commissions are first-come, first-serve. I will inform you of the queue as well as when I am able to start your commission.I cannot guarantee a wait time if your commission is still in a queue. However, your actual commission will take at most two weeks. I will also keep you updated on what stage of progress your commission is at!Payment is available through Stripe, in which you will cover the transfer fee (2.9% + $0.30, plus 1.5% for international cards and/or 1% for currency conversion). If you have an Indonesian bank account, payment is available through online transfer.The payment is to be made in two parts OR all at one (look below). The first half is the downpayment to be paid upon commissioning me. This will confirm your commission and will confirm your place in my commission queue, if applicable. I will then begin making a thumbnail sketch/sketches for you to choose from. After you have chosen a thumbnail you like, I will turn it into the final sketch and show it to you for approval.Once you have approved the final sketch, no major changes can be made without additional cost. The downpayment is also refundable until you have approved the final sketch; once you have approved the final sketch, the downpayment is no longer refundable.The second half of the payment must be made when I inform you that I have finished the commission through sending a screenshot of the watermarked commisison. I will only send the final high-quality commission after I have recieved the final payment through Discord or email. Where applicable, I can also send you alternate versions of your commission: a watermarked version, a version with a transparent background, etc.If you prefer to make the full payment in one go, it can be done upon making your commission. Your commission will still go through the same steps of revision. Your payment is fully refundable before I send you the final sketch and you approve it. After you approved the final sketch, only half your payment is refundable.I will refund your payment if I am suddenly unable to work on your commission. If I haven't made the final sketch, I will fully refund your payment. If the final sketch has been approved and you made your full payment in one go, I will refund half of it to you.>> Back to top

Normal rates

The sketch is the base price for each commission. Any additional steps (flat colours, background, etc.) will be added to the base price. It's like adding toppings to ice cream!
Eg: if you want a flat colour headshot, it'll cost 15 (sketch) + 10 (lines) + 10 (flat colours) = $35.
If you want a full rendered lineless full-body, it'll cost 35 (sketch) + 10 (flat colours) + 15 (render) = $65.The rates below are for one character. Adding another character will add an additional charge according to the same rates.
Eg: Two full-body full renders will cost 75 + 75 = $150.
But, one full-body full render and one headshot sketch will cost 75 + 15 = $90.

Simple style

Works best for simple character designs and/or a tighter budget. The sketch, lines, and flat colours are grouped together as 'No render'. There is no base price - prices are listed as they are! The same background rates from above apply. You can also have a normal-style character and a simple-style character in the same commission.

What if my idea doesn't fit? What if I'm confused? What if I'm on a budget?
