Terms of Service

General usage

Under all circumstances, please do not remove or edit out my signature on the commission.If the commission is meant for commercial purposes outside of NFTs, please inform me beforehand (ie: merchandise, video thumbnails, art for streams, etc). There will be an additional charge (+20% or royalties) and I would also be able to better cater towards what merchandise you're making.To reiterate, any works must not be minted or turned into NFTs without exception. There will be consequences for this action.I have the right to refuse a commission. If this occurs during production, I will fully refund what you have paid.Feel free to post your commission on social media and/or use it as a banner, icon, etc with proper credit! (ie: tagging @pawseds on Instagram and/or Twitter, linking to my profile on your post, etc.)Unless requested by the commissioner, I will be able to post your commission and use it as an example, which will always include a commission watermark. If you would not like me to post your commission, please inform me as early as possible!Prices may vary depending if your commission calls for many complex details.

Payments and Refunds

Commissions are first-come, first-serve. I will inform you of the queue as well as when I am able to start your commission.I cannot guarantee a wait time if your commission is still in a queue. However, your actual commission will take at most two weeks. I will also keep you updated on what stage of progress your commission is at!Payment is currently available only through PayPal (or, if you're in Canada/use CAD, e-transfer) and can be made in two stages:The first half of the payment must be made after I finish a clean sketch that is approved by you. After this approval and payment, no major changes can be made without an additional cost. Additionally, this half of the payment is non-refundable as I would have aready produced thumbnail sketches, the final sketch, and any other necessary designs. (Conditions for refunds may include not having enough money, me suddenly being unable to finish the commission due to an emergency, etc.)The second half of the payment must be made when I inform you I have finished the commission through sending a screenshot of the watermarked commisison. I will only send the final high-quality commission after the final payment through Discord or email.However, if you are not using USD/CAD to pay or you'd prefer to pay in one go, the full payment can be made after the approved clean sketch. In this case, I will immediately send the final high-quality commission as soon as I'm done. Like above, half of the payment is refundable as well.To add, any necessary conversion fees will be included in the final price.>> Back to top

Simple style

Works best for simple character designs and/or a tighter budget. The sketch, lines, and flat colours are grouped together as 'No render'. Same background rates from above apply. There is no base price - prices are listed as they are!

What if my idea doesn't fit these categories?

There are no fixed rates for ideas that call for complex backgrounds/compositions, groups of characters of varying size, and so on. Prices are discussed!
